Staff was amazing and very helpful. The showers were clean. The lounge area and kitchen were great places to hang out and meet other travellers. Even after we checked out, we were still able to store our luggage and use their facilities. I highly recommend this hostel if you are in Auckland. Great memories were made here!!!

Best hostel in Auckland! Staff are friendly and helpful, even providing a quick tour of the attic and free lollies. the hostel itself is modern and clean, with a fantastic outdoor seating area. great location right off Queen Street and very quiet because its on level 5. Amazing value for money, I will definitely be back again..

AWESOME… I have stayed here twice. It is really clean and the kitchen is massive. The bathroom is very large and has the good amount of showers and toilets. The beds have proper mattresses. This is the one best hostels I have stayed at while in New Zealand.

GREAT STAY… I stayed at this hostel on 3 separate occasions during my time in New Zealand (total of 6 nights). It was a very clean hostel with friendly staff in a great central location. The front desk is open later than most I stayed at in New Zealand, 10 pm. Staff members remembered me when I came back a 2nd and 3rd time, which is nice when you’re travelling by yourself. Staff were always around to answer questions and if they didn’t know the answer, they’d try and look it up for you.

Just stayed here a week by far the nicest friendliest cleanist hostel I’ve ever stayed great atmopsher great staff they are so friendly and helpfull the girl on rececption Emily I think couldn’t help me enough thanks for a great stay guys! 100% recommended this hostel!

Best hostel I’ve stayed in Auckland. Clean, quiet and very nice. The bedrooms are big, illumineted and full of fresh air. The staff is the best thing about the hostel. They’re nice and helpfull, making me feel really confortable. The location is OK too.
